This newly completed aged care facility was carefully designed to balance comfort, functionality, and style. With 73 bedrooms, dining areas, living spaces, breakout rooms, an activities room, and staff facilities, the village needed flooring that could seamlessly connect diverse spaces while supporting the wellbeing of residents.
PDT Architects drew inspiration from the facility’s natural surroundings, weaving organic textures and tones into the architectural and interior design palette. To complement this vision, Natural Creations ArborArt was selected for its authentic timber look, warm character, and ability to create a homely, welcoming atmosphere. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, Natural Creations ArborArt was chosen for its durability, low maintenance, and longevity - critical qualities in high-traffic areas such as dining and communal spaces.
